The GP referred me to see ENT at Queens. I have been seen by 3 people prior to getting a blood test. The process is extremely inefficient for both patient and staff. Initial assessment lady was abrupt and unhelpful.

All staff worked in a professional manner whilst operating, excellent patient communication skills and the right form of apathy and human!
